Flower Preservation FAQ

I want to preserve flowers from my event. When should I contact you?

I recommend contacting us at least one month before your event. To ensure the best preservation of your flowers, it's best if I can collect them within two days. If you don’t have that much time, don’t worry - I'll always do what I can to make something beautiful for you. Just get in touch as soon as possible.

How long does it take?

The entire process takes at least six weeks and up to twelve from when I collect the flowers to when the artwork is ready. The larger the piece, the longer it will take. I will let you know the exact time it will take during the planning process.

I want something different

Sure! I can make almost any cuboid-size or round mould. Get in touch and we will make something special.

My budget is pretty tight - can I order something smaller?

Yes! I love what I do and also understand that it's not in everyone's budget to afford a large piece. I can adjust the size and depth of a piece to suit you. Get in touch and we can design a piece that you'll love but won't break the budget.

What happens if my event gets delayed or I have to change dates?

If your event has a date change, I'll will endeavor to accommodate your new booking. Occasionally, this may mean a delay on the final delivery of your artwork.

Why does it take so long?

The process is a pretty lengthy one, and for a reason. In order to ensure the proper preservation of your flowers, the flowers need adequate time to dry completely. After this, encapsulating the artwork requires even more time and patience due to multiple applications of the resin itself.

Can I pay my booking in instalments?

Absolutely! Events (especially weddings) are expensive. Contact me and we can work out a plan that fits in with your timeline and budget.
